Right Angle Bevel Input Output Shaft Planetary Gear Reducer
A right angle frame output planetary gear reducer is a planetary gear transmission device with a vertical 90° layout between the input and output shafts (positioned on the same plane). It consists of bevel gears, a sun gear, planetary gears, an internal ring gear, and an output shaft. The input shaft connects to the motor, while the output shaft transmits power through the planetary carrier, achieving right-angle torque redirection. Power transfer and speed reduction are accomplished via multi-stage gear engagement. This design features a compact structure and space-saving advantages, making it suitable for general industrial applications with spatial constraints or requiring perpendicular input/output orientations.
Based on differences in reducer body structure, output flange, and output methods, right-angle planetary gear reducers are further categorized into:NBR Series: Square flange frame output:NER Series Circular flange frame output,NFR Series Square flange high-load output,NDR Series: Circular flange face output.
